Here in this article, today we will tell you about one such special trick, with the help of which you will be able to remove the largest perfect square i.e the square root or square root of the whole square in a few seconds.

While giving the exam of any subject based on Mathematics, the biggest challenge before every student is the calculation. Here we talk about board examination or entrance exam or competitive exam for government job, everywhere time But to finish the exam, the calculation skills of the student should be very good. Due to long calculations, the student should take so much time to solve a question. Gives that there is not enough time to solve the other questions and then in the process of solving those remaining questions quickly, he misjudges them, due to which he has to face failure.

If some tricks and shortcuts are used while calculating, it will take few minutes to solve a long time consuming question and you will also save time.

This trick is as follows:-

# First remember the squares of the first few numbers

You should remember the squares of numbers from 1 to 20 well. The squares of numbers from 1 to 10 will be remembered by almost everyone. You will have to remember only squares from 11 to 20, which are as follows:-

Once you remember these classes, you will be able to solve the most difficult square root in a pinch by using them in every test.

# First, check whether the number whose square root is to be taken is the perfect square.

To find out whether a given number is perfect square or not, see the unit digit of that number.

I. If the unit digit is 2, 3, 7, 8 or single 0 then the number is not a perfect square.
II. If the unit digit is 1, 4, 5, 6, 9 or 00 then the number can be a perfect square.
III. If the sum of all digits of the number is 1, 4, 7 or 9, then that number will always be a whole number.

For example:

(i) 5789

Here the unit digit is 9 so this number can be a perfect square.

Sum of all digits (5 + 7 + 8 + 9 = 2) = 2

Because the sum of all digits is not 1, 4, 7 or 9, 5789 is not a perfect square.

(ii) 3969

Here the unit digit is 9 so this number can be a perfect square.

The sum of all digits (3 + 9 + 6 + 9) = 9

So 3969 is a perfect square.

# Now we learn to find the square root of the perfect square.

1. First look at the unit digit of the given number and compare it with squares from 1 to 10.

For Example: 3969

The unit digit in 3969 is 9.

Unit number 9 comes in the square of 3 or 7.

So the unit digit of the square root of 3969 would be either 3 or 7l

2. Now compare the last two digits with the squares from 1 to 20.

Here, 39 falls between the square of 6 and 7. You choose the number with the smaller square.

So the first digit in the Square Root of 3969 is 6.

3. Now to find the square root, find out the remaining digits like this:

Multiply the above number by a larger digit.

6 × (6 + 1) = 6 × 7 = 42

4. Compare the number drawn in step 3 with the first two digits of the given square, used in Step 2.

Compare 39 to 42 here.

Because 39 <42, we will choose the smaller unit digit 3 from step 1.

* (If the number in step 3 was not a number less than 39, we would have taken a unit digit larger than step 1)

5. Combining Step 2 and Step 4 comes our answer,

Now you can find your answer. In this way, by doing a little practice, you can easily remove the square root of any whole square in a few seconds using this trick.
